Wheel & Cog is excited to announce that we have been selected to participate in the No Limits Initiative! We are one of only four organizations in Minnesota chosen to participate in this event.
Mercedes-Benz USA, in partnership with Mattel and the National Girls Collaborative Project, created No Limits, a national initiative, to raise awareness about the impact of gender stereotypes on young children, especially girls. This initiative was designed to show children, particularly young girls, that they can aspire to be and do anything they desire. There are no limits.
Right now, we are planning a “No Limits” event at Wheel & Cog on Friday, March 6th, from 9 am-4 pm. If you are a female that has a passion for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, or Math) and are interested in volunteering at this event, please contact our manager, Tricia. While this national initiative is focused on girls, all will be welcome to attend this event!
